A Single Leaf Falls

A wuxia hero drives a side kick into an autumn maple; the shock climbs the trunk and thousands of leaves let go. Every leaf falls as a thin plate — normal drag, tangential drag and a centre of pressure offset from the centre of mass — so they stall, side-slip and tumble instead of dropping. Nothing is loaded from disk: the tree, the leaves, the bark, the ground, the cloth, the figures and the sky are all generated at runtime.
